Educator Training:

We believe in the power of experience to support learning. In every one of our workshops and webinars, teachers come away with practical tools, as well as the theoretical understanding behind them, which they can employ immediately to their teaching. Our goal is to create the conditions for honest conversations and self-reflection to occur. When we start with recognizing our own cultural lens, we can then understand the biases we have, how they show up in our teaching, how they impact our students, and ultimately how to try something different.

We provide training to teachers around the country at local, regional, and national level conferences. We also provide training through webinars and as part of our monthly job-embedded professional development series. We are available to bring these trainings to your school or district as well. If there is a particular topic that you would like to address, we can work together to create a workshop together.
